Fix possible linker errors by using CMake find_library macro

Fixes following errors while compiling natively on x86:

 cc -fPIC -shared  -o rpcsys.so sys.c.o -lubox -lubus
 ld: cannot find -lubox
 ld: cannot find -lubus
